Call me old fashion if you like ( and I probably am) this shop sort of makes you feel at home. It's a family run business and posess good selection of hardware gear. The days of friendly service based on a more personalised level have long passed, but not in this store. Just love it!

I went to buy a sthl weed whacker. The moment I entered the store until the moment I left I was greeted with smiles and happy people I felt welcomed, happy to shop at home hardware very happy with the customer service they provided oh and I received a discount since the product was on sale

Found this little gem of a hardware shop. The owner took time to listen to what i wanted. So much better than looking and looking at the major hardware store. Lots of Stihl products and parts. Please patronise. We need more places like this

Beyond thankful for Paul today, he helped me remedy a problem I had that normally isn’t an easy fix but he was the saving grace today. I cannot express my appreciation enough for him being so understanding and so helpful for someone like myself who has autism and struggles to go in store for things, yet he made me not feel dumb and helped me to get the items I needed. Very much recommend his services/products!

Great hardware shop, park outside the front door, explain your project and the staff show you where all the bits are or suggest alternatives. They may not have the range of larger stores but ease of parking and knowledgeable staff make this my first choice for hardware supplies.

The staff at this place were helpful and approachable. My wife and I were impressed with the service. They put together our stihl wipper snipper. Did a demo and gave a free sun hat. It was a great experience for us. Thanks guys.

A big shout out to the helpful & wonderful team at Homehardware Browns Plains. Went down there this morning to purchase at least one Stihl chainsaw & came away we a great deal on two new shiny tree trimming machines. Also bought chain oil & two stroke oil for them as well. The advice, service & instruction on starting and maintaining the chainsaws was extremely helpful & insightful, walked away with confidence in our purchase. Filled out the warenty information, so thats all sorted. I also really appreciated the free wide brimmed hats as we walked out the door. Look forward to any future transactions with the team & my hardware needs, thank you.
